Pair it with Lime Olive Oil and Peach Balsamic for grilling shrimp. This is a slow smoked red Jalapeno pepper. It is wonderful paired with the mango or coconut Balsamic. The chocolate, espresso, pomegranate also work well with the smoked pepper. Use with Hummas, in burgers, with grilled calamari as well as grilled vegetables. It is terrific in dark chocolate brownies.
